HOME MADE MAYONNAISE
Requires:  Inversion Blender and 1 quart glass jar

Method:
Break 1 egg into a jar...egg must be at room temperature - take out of the fridge the night before.
Add 1 tsp. dry mustard powder
Add 2 Tbsp. apple cider or rice vinegar
Add l/4 tsp. Himalayan Salt
Add l/8 tsp. pepper
Add 1 cup Young Living V6 oil

Submerge the blender all the way to the bottom of the jar - switch on - firmly hang onto the jar - Slowly draw the blender up to the top of the jar - see mayo form as you draw it up.   Voila! Beautiful, healthy mayo!

Variation:
Add basil leaves fresh or frozen and 2 cut up garlic cloves to the ingredients.

The quart sealer will hold a double batch.
